Invitation to Bid Equipment - Mobile Laptop Computer
System
The
City of Bingen is seeking sealed bids for the purchase of up to 3 mobile laptop
computer systems or MDT systems to be utilized in patrol vehicles for
computerized dispatch.
The city is accepting bids on all semi-rugged and ruggedized platforms as well as tablet style vehicle mounted MDT systems. The attached specification sheet established minimum standards for bid acceptance.
Units should be priced out as single units with an expected purchase not to exceed 3 units.
Bids shall be submitted on the attached bid sheet. In addition, the “Mobile Laptop Computer System/MDT System Bid Specifications” document must be completed as to whether the equipment complies with the specification or if the bidder is noting any exception. All exceptions must be explained in supplementary documentation. The “Mobile Laptop Computer System/MDT System Bid Specifications” must be submitted with bid sheet.
Sealed bids must be marked on the outside “Mobile Laptop Computer System Bid” and submitted by Friday, October 2, 2009 at 3:00 p.m. to the Bingen City Hall, 112 N. Ash, PO Box 607, Bingen WA 98605 at which time bids will be opened publicly.
